My clutch on the compressor does not click on, although it is not frozen up as you can move it by hand (with the engine off obviously). There is a relieve valve that is actuated by cable when you press down on the brake pedal, and sometimes it needs to be adjusted (especially if the cable has stretched). So check on that. Dec 3, 2017 · The hydraulic oil for steering comes from the tank, to the steering pump mounted on the right side of your engine, then to the steering valve. Usually the noise and stiff steering on an RTV is from a bushing in the column right below your steering wheel. Originally they used a rubber bushing and have up graded it to plastic. . Jasqdgmpef9

The PTO is fast. In the RTV, on the left side of your seat, is a throttle lock. You run it up to full throttle and lock it. Then use the pedal to move it forward/reverse, much like a tractor.
